Ashwanganda (root) - The roots of ashwaganda are considered to be good for indigestion, heart disease, arthritis, lumbar pain, for lowering fevers, and as a general strengthening medicine for children and for people recovering from illness. White Willow (bark) - Willows have been used for centuries for pain relief and reduction of fever. The leaves contain salicylic acid. This compound has been synthesized into acetylsalicylic acid, otherwise known as aspirin.

Wild Yam (root) - Promotes hormonal balance and feminine relief. Helps relieve menstrual and menopausal related symptoms such as cramps, PMS, hot flashes, mood swings, depression, etc.

Wood Betony (leaf) - Wood Betony has had a long and colorful history for being used to calm an upset person, and for nervous headache relief and other nervous afflictions.
